TCB Ziptrak® Exclusive Lucky Draw Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility and Promotion Period

1.1 This Lucky Draw is organised by The Curtain Boutique (“TCB”) and is valid only for eligible Ziptrak® purchases confirmed on 3 October 2026.

1.2 Only customers who make an eligible Ziptrak® purchase with TCB on 3 October 2026 qualify for the Lucky Draw. Purchases made before or after this date (including prior purchases, confirmed orders, and retrospective claims) are not eligible.

1.3 Each eligible installation address is entitled to one (1) entry only, regardless of the number of Ziptrak® panels purchased or transactions made for the same address.

1.4 This Lucky Draw is separate from the General Event Lucky Draw. Participation in one draw does not affect eligibility for the other.

2. Prizes

A total of four (4) winners will be selected.

Grand Prize: One (1) Winner

The Grand Prize winner will receive:

• One (1) return economy-class flight ticket from Singapore (SIN) to Perth, Australia (PER), purchased by TCB on behalf of the Winner, up to a maximum value of S$750.

The Prize covers:

• Eligible flight fare only

The Prize does NOT cover:

• Accommodation, meals, travel insurance, visas, airport transfers, baggage charges, attractions, local transport, or any other travel or incidental expenses

Travel Window: 23 February – 11 March 2027

Passenger Information Deadline: The Winner must provide their full name (as per passport), date of birth, passport number, and contact details to TCB on or before 30 November 2026. Failure to provide this information by the deadline will result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize.

The Grand Prize is:

• Non-transferable
• Non-exchangeable
• Not redeemable for cash or store credit
• Required to be personally used by the Winner

Winner’s Responsibilities:

• The Winner is responsible for ensuring they possess all necessary travel documents (passports, visas, entry approvals, insurance, etc.)
• TCB will not be responsible for visa/immigration issues, denied entry, cancelled/missed flights, airline schedule changes, personal circumstances preventing travel, travel disruptions, or any additional expenses arising from travel

Optional Charges: Any upgrades, premium seating, additional baggage, travel add-ons, or other optional charges may be excluded from the Prize at TCB’s discretion.

2.1 Grand Prize Forfeiture Due to Order Cancellation

If the Grand Prize winner cancels, requests a refund for, or invalidates their qualifying Ziptrak® order at any time after being selected as the winner:

(a) The Grand Prize will be forfeited immediately;

(b) Any security deposit paid by the Winner at the point of sale will be forfeited to TCB as liquidated damages (not as a penalty) to cover the cost of the purchased flight ticket;

(c) TCB reserves the right to:

• Cancel the purchased flight ticket without liability to the Winner;
• Select another eligible winner for the Grand Prize; and
• Recover from the Winner any additional costs incurred (e.g., flight ticket cancellation fees, administrative costs) beyond the security deposit amount.

(d) For the avoidance of doubt, the Winner is not permitted to cancel their qualifying Ziptrak® order and retain the Grand Prize. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate forfeiture of both the Prize and the security deposit.

Somfy Prizes: Three (3) Winners

Three (3) additional winners will each receive:

• One (1) Somfy Motor + One (1) Somfy TaHoma

The Prize must be applied to the winner’s qualifying Ziptrak® order and remains subject to product and installation compatibility.

Depending on the qualifying order:

• Manual Ziptrak® customers may use the prize to upgrade an applicable Ziptrak® panel to Somfy motorisation
• Customers who selected a Dooya motor may change the applicable motor to a Somfy motor
• DualDrive® customers may opt for the applicable Somfy motor

If a winner chooses not to make the applicable upgrade or change to their qualifying Ziptrak® order, the prize will be forfeited. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, another product, or any other promotional benefit.

2.2 Somfy Prize Forfeiture Due to Order Cancellation

If a Somfy Prize winner cancels, requests a refund for, or invalidates their qualifying Ziptrak® order at any time after being selected as the winner:

(a) The Somfy Prize (One Somfy Motor + One Somfy TaHoma) will be forfeited immediately, as the prize must be applied to a valid and active qualifying Ziptrak® order;

(b) The Somfy Prize cannot be redeemed for cash, store credit, another product, or any alternative promotional benefit;

(c) Any security deposit paid by the winner at the point of sale will be treated in accordance with TCB’s standard cancellation policy (i.e., the deposit will be forfeited or refunded based on the timing and reason for cancellation, same as any non-winner customer);

(d) For the avoidance of doubt, Somfy Prize winners are not permitted to cancel their qualifying Ziptrak® order and retain the Somfy Prize. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate forfeiture of the Somfy Prize.

3. Winner Selection and Notification

3.1 Winners will be selected through a Lucky Draw conducted by TCB at the event.

3.2 Winners must be present to receive the prize at the time of prize draw.

3.3 If a selected winner:

• Is not present;
• Has cancelled or invalidated the qualifying purchase; or
• Declines or forfeits the Prize;

TCB reserves the right to select another eligible winner.

3.4 Winners must have a valid and active qualifying Ziptrak® order at the point of prize fulfilment.

4. Winner Content Obligations

4.1 As a condition of receiving the Grand Prize, the Winner agrees to create and publish content relating to their Perth experience (“Content”).

4.2 The Winner must complete one of the following options during the trip or within seven (7) days of returning to Singapore:

Option A: Instagram Stories

• Minimum of three (3) Instagram Stories, each of which must:
  • Tag @thecurtainboutique
  • Include #TheCurtainBoutiqueExperience (or another campaign hashtag specified by TCB)
  • Feature genuine moments from the Winner’s Perth travel experience, outdoor lifestyle activities, or related travel experiences
  • Remain publicly visible for the normal Instagram Story duration of approximately 24 hours (not intentionally removed or archived immediately after posting)

OR

Option B: Instagram Reel or TikTok

• One (1) 15–60 second Reel or TikTok video which:
  • Acknowledges or thanks @thecurtainboutique for the Prize
  • May feature a travel montage, trip experience, testimonial, or other creative representation of the Perth trip
  • Tags @thecurtainboutique
  • Includes #TheCurtainBoutiqueExperience (or another campaign hashtag specified by TCB)
  • Is posted on the Winner’s public Instagram or TikTok account

4.3 Content should represent the Winner’s genuine experience. TCB will not require the Winner to make false or misleading statements regarding the Prize, TCB, or its products.

5. General Conditions

5.1 All prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable unless expressly stated otherwise.

5.2 Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash, discounts, store credit, or alternative products.

5.3 The Lucky Draw is valid only for qualifying purchases made on 3 October 2026 and is not applicable retrospectively.

5.4 TCB reserves the right to verify customer details, installation addresses, purchase dates, order status, payment status, and any other information reasonably necessary to determine eligibility.

5.5 Any cancellation, refund, or invalidation of the qualifying Ziptrak® order may result in the customer’s Lucky Draw entry or Prize being withdrawn.

5.6 TCB reserves the right to substitute any Prize with another prize of equivalent value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.

5.7 TCB reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw, or discontinue the promotion or these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary.

5.8 In the event of any dispute regarding eligibility, the Lucky Draw, prize allocation, or interpretation of these Terms & Conditions, TCB’s decision shall be final.

5.9 Force Majeure

TCB will not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling any Prize if such failure or delay is due to causes beyond TCB’s reasonable control, including but not limited to:

(a) Natural disasters, pandemics, or public health emergencies;

(b) Government travel restrictions or border closures;

(c) Airline strikes, cancellations, or schedule changes;

(d) War, terrorism, or civil unrest.
