Laine was also very honest. She made a minor calculation error on the 50% deposit payment and i ended up paying slightly more (a very small amount which i din notice). Laine later updated me on the error and make the adjustment on the final payment. Such level of integrity is what makes her and The Curtain Boutique a cut above the rest. Made and enquire online and was served by salesperson Hao. Quick response and gave good points for consideration. Helped to fix the schedule for onsite measurement and installation of the manual outdoor blinds promptly. Everything was completed in 3 weeks.

TCB always respect what I want and find solution to work on it. Sam Wong also went extra mile to get management office approval for the ziptrak color etc. He also helps a lot with the admin work like form submission as well as handle the deposit etc. Installation team was perfect and professional, very neat and super-efficient, also on time on the installation date.
