She took the time to understand my needs, provided helpful suggestions, and followed up promptly throughout the process. There was no hard selling, which I really appreciated.

The installation was handled by Sakil and Xiang Nan, and they were excellent. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid close attention to detail. The installation was clean and precise, and they made sure everything was properly aligned and functioning well before leaving.

They even shared with us tips on how to properly maintain the ziptrak to prolong the product lifespan. As a first time buyer I couldn’t be happier.

Super nice sales guy Sam Wong. Follow through perfectly for the Ziptrak as well as indoor roller blind product! Feel very comfortable to work with The Curtain Boutique (TCB), not those pushy type. TCB always respect what I want and find solution to work on it. Sam Wong also went extra mile to get management office approval for the ziptrak color etc. He also helps a lot with the admin work like form submission as well as handle the deposit etc. Installation team was perfect and professional, very neat and super-efficient, also on time on the installation date.
