Big thank you to Brent and Lorraine for all the patience and guidance in helping us choose the right zip track and blinds for our home. Both had tremendous patience in answering and clarifying all our questions and doubts to help us make an informed purchase without being pushy.
Special thanks also go to Mingwen , Xiangnan and Rubel for our indoor blind installation, and Liu pei and Youchun for the Zip track Blinds installation.
Worth mentioning that during the installation of both the blinds and the zip track, there were some hiccups which were unforeseen but what matters most, I believe, from a customer perspective is how The Curtain Boutique, via Brent, were open to discussion and more importantly, on how to solve the issues on hand.
It was overall a very good service provided and above all, having peace of mind that the products are reliable.
